Dry Wall and Vinyl Flooring installation

Two projects: Need someone experienced in installing luxury vinyl flooring in a small 12 x 11 foot kitchen. Unsure if anything needs to be done to the current floor prior to installing the new vinyl flooring. So looking for someone who knows what is needed and can do the job so that it will be a quality installation and last for many years. Need drywall installed in a 12 x 14 foot building. You would need to pick up the drywall since I don't have a vehicle to do that. You could tell me how much to buy and you pick it up and install it. I'm open to one experienced person doing both projects, or different people for each project. You can look at the project and let me know the cost for you completing the project.
