We are searching for a skilled and experienced full time general maintenance technician to service four small 1st Lake rental properties (Breckenridge/Lafreniere/Orange Park/Wildflower) located outside Lafreniere Park.
As a General Maintenance Technician you will:
◾Respond quickly and courteously to resident requests for service on electrical, appliance and plumbing concerns
◾Troubleshoot the source and taking the appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established by 1st Lake
◾Make ready available apartments for move-ins
◾Assisting with other duties as assigned by management
What you need to be successful:
◾Knowledge in electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs
◾Possess tools, valid driver's license and reliable transportation throughout the day
◾Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
◾Experience with carpentry, sheetrock, and gas appliances a plus
◾Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
◾Ability to work quickly and efficiently to keep on top of high work volume
