Inexperienced guitarist looking to start rock band

Have been playing guitar for a little over a year and am looking for drums/bass/vox (maybe keys too) to start rock band. Heavily influenced by hard/psychedelic rock of 60s/70s. I am 21 years old and am looking for people in relatively close age range but that is not super important. Not looking for overly talented people as I am not super talented myself, just want to get my feet wet in a band setting and have a good time writing music I enjoy.
