Very established Property Management company is looking for an experienced, responsible, and reliable Maintenance Technician/On Site Manager for our Commercial Retail Center. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements, skills, knowledge, and abilities: Previous commercial building maintenance experience a plus Must have your own car and provide your own tools. Passion for providing exceptional customer service, taking incentive for overseeing property as the liaison for the Property Manager. Experience with mechanical equipment. Ability to get jobs done efficiently, and correctly in a timely manner. Ability to take direction from staff, be on call, and possibly on weekends, and the occasional evenings as needed. Be proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs. Projects/major repairs outside of weekly maintenance will be paid separately based on time and materials. Weekly property inspections, with pictures needed for Property Manager must have cell phone with capability to take pictures for Manager. Ability to communicate efficiently with tenants and vendors in a timely manner. This position is an Independent Contractor position.
