We are looking for Pool Service Technicians for commercial and residential cleaning routes valley-wide. ABOUT US: We are a rapidly growing, family-owned, and operated pool service company. Our full-time benefits include: 401K Paid Vacation Health Benefits Competitive Pay - $12 - $15.00 per pool (based on experience) Opportunities for Advancement One-time signing bonus of $500 (paid after 3-month performance review) JOB REQUIREMENTS: -You must have at least 1 year of professional pool service experience. -You must have reliable transportation suitable for storing and transporting tools and pool supplies. A truck is strongly recommended. -You must have a valid driver’s license. -You must have a smartphone and know how to use GPS to find locations. -You must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work outdoors in all Phoenix weather conditions. -The right candidate will be polite, friendly, reliable, and responsible. You will be working independently, so self-motivation and attention to detail are a must! -CPO certification is a plus, but not required.
