We are a small USDA Meat Plant near Latrobe specializing in processing regionally raised meats for a fast growing, high end customer base of prestigious chefs and home cooks. We are looking for career oriented employees to learn the art of artisanal butchering at our USDA Meat Processing Plant. We have full time work(Monday - Friday)for slaughter, meat processing, clean up and maintaining working conditions to meet our high USDA standards. No experience necessary, but we are looking for workers with positive attitudes, willing to learn and contribute to this trade at our higher level. Attention to detail is of utmost importance.
