Description
Looking to hire a day porter to take care of a few condominiums in the east valley.
Service days are Monday and Thursday or Friday.
Duties are. Picking up trash and dog waste around each property.
Sweeping around dumpster areas.
Hosing pools.
Changing out garbage can liners.
Changing and stocking dog waste liners.
MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE.
Must have a clean professional appearance. TWEEKERS AND PILL POPPERS NEED NOT APPLY!
Must be able to lift 30 lbs and must be able to walk a lot.
Pay is 15-18 per man hour
