Description

We are looking for a Philadelphia-based on-call handyman to manage maintenance requests for our rental properties in the city. All tenant maintenance requests will need to be handled promptly and may include appliance repair, painting, plumbing, minor carpentry, etc. This position will demand a few hours a week in the off season, and during peak rental season (May-September) we would require help with tenant showings (around 5 hours per week.)
