The Groundskeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community and providing world-class service to our valued residents. The Groundskeeper are responsible for the cleaning and collecting all debris from community grounds, breezeways and common areas, snow removal and maintenance, preparing vacant units for occupancy, performing daily inspections of building exteriors and lighting, and ensuring the successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures. The qualified candidates will have a high school or equivalent. Possession of a valid, state-issued driver's license and safe driving record is also required. We are offering a $1,000 Hiring Bonus to be paid out in your first paycheck after 90 days of employment as well as an additional $1,000 Retention Bonus to be paid out in your first paycheck after 1 year of employment.
