We are looking to add to our staff with a new resident manager at an apartment complex in Sussex. Must live on site, all apartments are 2 bedroom units. Job responsibilities include but not limited to: -Lawn care and snow removal -Minor building maintenance and upkeep -Working with tenants to handle maintenance requests -Communicating with and scheduling contractors Requirements: -Must live on site -Must have small hand tools, larger tools are provided Pay: -Monthly reductions to your rent based on number of buildings covered -Monthly phone credit -Hourly wage for all work not covered under rent reduction To apply please email or call
