I am a realtor that sources repairs for about 20 houses. Looking for a reliable, straightforward, easy to work with handyman. I generally offer about $35 times the time it would take me to do the job, rounded up to account for gas, etc. I have a job that requires multiple skills as a good project to see who can take on a variety of work. The job is taking one laundry room and turning it into two function laundry closets. Feel free to call me with any questions. The job is located on Grunthal Street in Jacksonville: 1. Taking one laundry room and turning it into two laundry closets for two separate units: - Create a 32inch opening to closet on the other side of the wall and case the opening with 2 16 inch bifold doors, paint the casing and bifoild doors semi gloss white with 2 shots of black - Build and secure a sturdy platform for the closet to be level with the floor and install vinyl flooring - Install Electrical - run a new electrical line for dryer and washing machine from panel and install and secure receptacle and plug - Frame and drywall - hang and finish a partition between the end of the platform and the rest of the closet - Install plumbing - drain line and hot and cold from nearby supply and drain to the newly created laundry closet - Base molding installed in both rooms - All involved for taking an awkward laundry room and turning it into two functional laundry closets End result is taking an awkward laundry room and turning it into two functional laundry closets. 2. Paint a living room.
