Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 $80,000 to $120,000 Annually Full Time Company Description: Vista Builders in business for 30 years is a small team of construction professionals. We are building custom water front homes in the Palm Beach Gardens & Jupiter area. Responsibilities: Assist with planning and building large custom residential homes. Manage the daily planning and building of 2 to 3 residential custom home projects. Able to help create a construction schedule and work to ensure deadlines are met. Keep a daily log of all projects Plan all construction operations and schedule sub-contractors to ensure deadlines will be met. Qualifications: Three (3) of more years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent Knowledgeable in front end and finish end construction preferred Needs to be organized, problem solver and forward thinking individual Basic understanding of Excel, Outlook and Word
