Help on my 1965 galaxie 500 wont charge

I need help big time.My 65 galaxie 500 I changed the alternator and then voltage regulator still not charging so I took my last money and bought the one wire alternator and still no charge.I am trying to sell this car as I am getting sicker and sicker each day and dont drive as much.This car is my most enjoyment for the last year and now I have to let it go.I need help figuring out this problem and dont know what to do if there is any ole timers who could help me then please contact me and help.I have no money as I am a 65 yr old disabiled Marine Vet and I was in a bad accident last year and was in a coma and have lost alot of memory so my brain doesnt work as well now.I just need some help please.Thank You for reading.
