Okay first of all, stop Flagging mine and others post who don't go against TOS. My rehoming fee is insanely low and I'm not a breeder. I have a budgie that's extremely friendly and social with people however, she is a bully to other birds. I'm looking for a new home for her. I can include a small cage to get started and some food with one perch but you'll have to get the rest. $40 rehoming fee. She is fully flighted.
