Wanted Someone to Plow Snow from office parking lot

i have a small office in Marion on 7th Ave (main drag) and need someone with a snow plow to remove the snow this winter. Office employees, staff and owners usually arrive 8AM or later. Should be done prior to regular office hours. The address is 1625 7th Ave, Marion. We have the main parking lot plus a lower lot adjoining. Please call to let us know how much the charge would be each snowfall. i know some charge a set amount up to a certain amount of snow, then more if snow fall is more. The office is home to "Peterson's Senior Health Insurance Service" and we have a sign for same. Thanks Darrell
