Pay rate: $17.00p/h + OT Hours: M- F 7am-330pm Laborer Job Description: This is a support position for a busy utility construction company in Riverside, CA. As a Laborer, daily work will involve placement of fiber optic and copper or power cables, conduits, enclosures, vaults, cabinets, poles and related equipment. Most of the work is underground/excavation projects which includes frequent shovel work. Laborer Responsibilities/Duties: · Assists crew leader in construction, reconstruction and maintenance work · Assists equipment operators by spotting/swamping, digging and locating underground obstructions · Works with specialized equipment including jackhammers, rotary drills, demo saws and other industry tools · Cleans and prepares construction sites to eliminate possible hazards Please call the office at 951-339-3240.
