DEMO SPECIALIST: Position Summary Execute Demolition jobs. Heavy lifting, general cleaning tasks, possesses own power tools. Tool List -Must be able to lift 50+ lbs -Construction experience is a must -Must be self-driven, strong work ethic, ambition and positive attitude -Willing to work with others Required Tools -Electric saw zaw at least 13 amperes -Small set of sockets or ratcheting wrenches -Electric grinder - Set of Allen wrenches -Hammer - Razor Knife and extra blades -Framing Hammer - Dikes or small bolt cutters -Hand Sledge Hammer -Flat bar -Cordless impact drill and bitswith at least 2 batteries -Drill bits -Tape measure at least 20' -Chalk line -Tool belt -Crowbar 42” -Set of sockets and adapters for drill -Tool box -Channel locks -Tin snips -Cut wire pliers -Crescent wrench -Stillson wrench -100 feet extension cord -Flat Head & Phillips screwdrivers -Head flash light. -Electrical tester Demo Specialist: starts off at $17/hr Labor start off at $15/hr
