need forklift + driver or loading dock

Professional company with a large delivery coming in a few days. The building we have does not have a loading dock. We need to get a large box off of a truck and into a uhaul truck (it will fit in uhual) need either forklift+ driver to do this on busy street or a business with loading dock where we can unload/ load uhaul will pay $$$
