Property manager seeks general trades, maintenance person who can provide their own tools to maintain a residential property in North Hollywood. Experienced preferred in the following areas; light plumbing, light electrical, drywall, framing, irrigation install and repair, rodent removal and trap setting, painting, flower - plant install, tile install and general maintenance. Steady backlog of projects to provide consistent flow of activity. Must have own insurance and vehicle and must be reliable. Set your own hours. Work location is in North Hollywood. Need immediately. $25 per hour, with up to 30 - 40-hours offered per week in projects on a regular basis
