Can you build an insulated tortoise house?

I am looking for someone that can build me an insulated tortoise house with a door that is able to be closed and locked at night. Nothing fancy, no windows or ac but good solid (tortoises are destructive), safe, made from good wood that can stand up to moisture and heat. Just a safe insulated house my tortoise can live in outside, I will be adding heat to it myself. I am not rich so im not interested in someone thats looking to make tons of money. Someone honest and dependable please, dont waste my time and I wont waste yours. Roughly im looking for something 6ft in length, 5ft in width and 4 &1/2 -5ft in height. The door needs to be 3ft wide. I would like the house to sit up off the floor a bit so it wont flood in the rain.
