We are looking for an energetic individual that is willing to learn new skills and has traditional values such as:

We will accept and interview applicants based upon their response to this ad. You should possess general trade skills which involve using hand tools, follow safety practices and be familiar with repairs and duties common to general building maintenance and construction.
We will select a candidate based on experience, enthusiasm and qualified references. A drivers license is preferred but not required at this time.
We will provide tools but if you own your own, this is a plus. The selected candidate will work under professional supervision at all times until capable of working alone.

The position is part time contracted with flexible hours and will grow into a full time position for the right individual.
