Job Description Assemblies and shipping position at a craft beer company Seeking a detail-oriented, hard working quick learner for our production & assemblies team. We’re a company that builds DIY beer-making kits in our warehouse near Full Sail. As a member of our production & assemblies team, your role is very important. In your day-to-day you’ll perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: -- Following our Production Manual to assemble a variety of kits that contain ingredients and equipment to make beer -- Preparing various products on the production line (small assemblies, beer recipes, etc.) -- Preparing purchase orders for shipment (stacking finished goods on pallets & using a pallet wrapper to secure) -- Working closely with our Production Manager, reporting to them for daily assignments & undergoing quality assurance checkpoints -- Labeling and packing boxes -- Compiling different ingredient packets into boxes or bags per the recipes in the Production Manual -- Performing routine assembly line cleaning tasks (sweeping, breaking down boxes, bringing trash & recycling to designated dumpsters, etc.) You are assembling the ingredients and small parts that our customers will use to make their own beer. The nature of this position is very straightforward, but accuracy, efficiency & good time management are of the utmost importance. Our customers' experience is in your hands. Your daily work will take place at various workstations where you will assemble & build beer-making-kits per the Production Manual. It is imperative that you have attention to detail, that you accurately follow the Production Manual and that you are focused on the task at hand to ensure the finished product yields the best tasting beer. Must be comfortable with standing most of the day & working in our open-air warehouse. Must be able to bend, lift, stand, use a box cutter, use a tape gun, possess great attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Dress code is comfortable, closed toed shoes required. Must have at least 3 days (24 hours) of availability each week within our hours of operation (9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday).
