Description

It’s the most wonderful time of the year……OR is it.Let this be year that you go from surviving the holidays to THRIVING in the holidays!!! The holidays are intended for us to reconnect to a magical time. People become filled with the holiday spirit with more kindness, more generosity, and more connection with loved ones and friends. However, often what happens is we become over-scheduled, over-consuming, and spending. Our calendars quickly fill up with family events, school programs, work parties, gifts exchanges, friends get together's and a lack of time and rest to do it all. We trade sleep for more Starbucks signature Christmas coffee, overindulge in Christmas cookies, Holiday drinks, and spirits, and try to figure out what Aunt Joanie wants you to bring for the holiday dinner. We begin to have mini meltdowns and wonder why you keep doing this every year. You begin to chant the same mantra from last year, “I will not do this again next year.” All this stress leads to increased anxiety and holiday burnout! So, are you ready to feel better about this holiday season? Are you ready to feel more joy and peace? Are you ready to ease in all the festivities? Are you ready to have a plan that will be aligned with you and your family? Are you ready to feel less stress and anxiety? If you are saying YES, PLEASE!!! Then take a day for yourself and learn some tricks and tips on how to self-care through the holidays. Learn how to take time for yourself each day to let go of the to-do list and add in more "Me Time" Let this year be the year you go from just surviving the holidays to THRIVING through the holidays. Invite the magic of this time back into your life. Self-Care allows you to reconnect to your mind/body/soul. Pamper yourself by learning how to engage in self-care all year around. You deserve it! What will you learn in this Self-Care Workshop: Engage in different types of self-care practices (meditation, journaling, breathing exercises, time-out).Establish a self-care routineAllow yourself to say “No” without guiltCreate healthy boundaries in your life and scheduleThe importance of grounding and protecting your energy to start your day, and being more present. You will walk away with a renewed sense of self and plan to thrive this holiday season. Bring a journal to this workshop.
