VENDOR REGISTRATION: Lancaster Winterfest Presented by Park National Bank 12/10 This is a fun holiday event that includes Santa Claus, holiday shopping, connecting with area business, bounce park, sleigh rides, ornament making, candy canes, and more! It will attract families for Lancaster, Fairfield County, Canal Winchester, Amanda, and the surrounding area. Great way to find new customers with 800+ attendees as we start with our 3rd winter festival of the year. Vendor RegistrationWhen: December 10th (Friday, December 10th 5PM - 8PM)Where:  Beaver Field Indoor Sports Complex (1651 Granville Pike, Lancaster, OH 43130)Who Attends:  Families from Lancaster, Fairfield County, Canal Winchester, Amanda, and the surrounding area.How it works: Indoor event! Families pre-register to attend the event or it's various fun activities. Admission is free. Expected Attendance: 800+Festival Eventbrite page: Coming SoonWhy families attend the event: This is a fun holiday event that families and the community attend to help them with getting ready for the winter. This event will have holiday shopping or finding products/services! Parents attend to find everything related to their family, classes, education, home, fun, adventures, shopping, sports, health, and more! What to do at the event:Visit Santa: A super fun experience to meet Santa Claus, meet an elf, drop off wish list, get picture taken, and more of the overall Santa experience. Winter Fun: Lots of holiday fun from ornaments, sleigh rides, candy cane game, mystery prize wheel, balloon artist, coloring contest, free candy, popcorn, cotton candy, cookies and lot of other neat items for your family! Plus a bounce park and the super fun Donut Glow Run!Holiday Shopping & Community businesses!: Great to of year for holiday shopping - sell products or anything else to get ready for the holidays. Plus connect with the great local businesses in the area! Sponsorship or Booth Opportunities (event is indoors):  Booth included with sponsorship plus logo on website, flyers, posters, and more! Fun Zone Area (Gold): The Bounce Park is back! Super fun area including slides, obstacle course, and other bounce items. Presenting sponsor of area includes 5'x2' sign at entrance of area plus 30 free passes. #1 area. $400Ornament Zone (Platinum): Part of the mystery prize wheel. Families come to your booth to pick out a free ornament (300+) and then move to the Mystery Prize Wheel. High visit area!: $350Map (Gold): Great branding sponsorship. Your brand/logo at the top of the event may that everyone receives. Email address of all attendees. Near the front entrance of the event. 1st stop on scavenger hunt. Very visible: $350 Main Stage (Platinum): Visible area at the event! Presenting sponsor or all stage activities. Stage mentions during the entire event, and 5' x 2' banner at the front of the stage. $350 Event Bag (Gold): This is the bag that everyone receives at the start of the event. Key item and highly anticipated because of all the special goodies in it. You provide the bag $300Cotton Candy or Popcorn  (Gold):  150-200 servings to hand out from your booth (prepackaged)! Mixture of popcorn and cracker jacks.  We provide all the supplies.  Very popular destination.  $300 (pick item)Entrance (Gold): Signage /banner at front entrance + your flyers distributed at main entrance + Booth near entrance + Included on event promotional material!
