Join us and learn how to properly strategize with Scott Latham, Ph.D., Business Policy and Strategy!
While critical for success, strategy sessions are often the biggest waste of time in an organization. Why? More often than not, they are poorly designed, horribly run, or an excuse to get offsite with little or no regard for actual strategy.
Strategic planning is a craft that requires a level of expertise and process that is often lacking in most organizations. Throughout his career, Professor Latham has run strategy sessions for organizations of all shapes and sizes, from innovative start-ups to multibillion dollar multinationals to major government agencies. He will draw from research, as well as his own perspective on how to design and execute a successful strategy session.
If you are heading up a new strategy or currently involved in a strategy initiative, then this workshop will be beneficial to your efforts.
