Electrician needed to hang light pendant in concrete ceiling

We have a hanging pendant we need installed in our apartment in Chelsea. It is meant to be hardwired so we need it first converted into a plug-in (I think) and then somehow mounted to a concrete ceiling. This will require handyman and/or wizardry type skills.
