Facilities Maintenance in a large refrigerated warehouse Duties include but are not limited to the following? *Sweeping and mopping *Vacuuming *Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills *Snow shoveling *Ability to use a snow blower *Basic painting skills *General maintenance and building repairs *Garbage removal *Basic drywall and spackling repairs *Ability to safely use common power tools *Applicant should have basic hand tools *Drivers license and car is a big plus! *Hours are 6am-1pm Monday-Thursday and 6am-12 noon on Fridays. We do not work weekends *Medical benefits, profit sharing and 401K available after 90 days of service *1 week paid vacation after 1 year of service and 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years of service *Starting pay is $25/hour
