Empire Rehearsal Studios 11201 2 Prince street Dumbo area -------- Pick from 11am-3pm (minimum 3 hours) twice a week Monday-Sunday. -------- Only long term (at least 4 months). You pay 1st and last month $200 (all in all 8 rehearsals each month). --------- Rehearsal room will be split in between two bands, so please email me your links and basic info before I'll show you my room (available starting Nov. 10th). ---------- Smoking, taking Illegal drugs, turning room into a "hotel room for personal things" is PROHIBITED! This is MUSIC Rehearsal facility, all you can do here is to play music, nothing less or more. --------- My gear (combo amps, pa and drums are pretty good quality, but you are welcome to bring/store your combos and pa, as for drums, being only pedal and cymbals, everything else is already in the room and working the way it should. --------- Building (mngmnt) requires proper ID and face cover to enter (doorman). Bathroom on every floor and grocery right on the corner of the building. --------- Free WiFi + A/C + Heater Thank U
