Description
Property Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Routine Apartment Building Maintenance
· Troubleshooting Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical Issues
· Assisting and monitoring all outside vendors while working on the property
· Maintaining a safe and clean environment at all buildings
· Ability to measure, purchase materials and complete basic repairs independently
· Responsible for snow removal, including nights/weekends depending on the storm *Eligible for double time Pay*
· Painting, drywall repair
· Basic carpentry skills/Door and window repair
· Toilet/faucet repair
· Minor Seasonal Landscaping
Requirements:
· Must have a driver’s license.
· Trades experience minimum 3 years
· Able to stand/walk for most of the shift as well as lift up to 50 pounds.
· Emergency on-call services during after-hour/weekends as needed *Eligible for Bonus Pay

· Paid Vacation – Accruable after 6 months of employment
· $25 per hour
On average, this position reports Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm.
