VBC supplies liquid nitrogen piping and injection/dosing systems for the semiconductor and beverage industries. VBC, a successful privately held company, remains the leader in liquid nitrogen handling systems with extensive manufacturing capabilities and sales presences throughout the world since 1958. VBC is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Clerk, primarily responsible for inventory processing, in addition to kitting and picking of stock and spare part items. Job Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts; investigate and reconcile discrepancies in addition to posting of adjustments in the ERP system Receive items into ERP system and update internal work orders and planning reports Reconcile non-conformances with suppliers on stock item purchases Store various stock and non-stock inventory items once incoming inspection and receiving process has been completed Kitting/picking of stock items for both internal work orders and sub-contracting purchase orders Kitting/picking of spare part items for production sales orders Coordinate incoming raw materials including cryogenic piping for further processing; scan all material certifications where relevant into ERP system for traceability Qualifications and Skills High School degree; Bachelor’s Degree in Warehouse and Inventory Management preferred Minimum 3 years’ prior work experience in a comparable position Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems (currently using Microsoft Dynamics, converting to Business Central) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
