JOB COORDINATOR
General Contractor looking for a skilled Job Coordinator to join our team. This individual would be responsible for daily scheduling and coordinating all phases of our construction projects. Must be organized with the ability to multitask. Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member, along with having the knowledge of all phases/scheduling of construction to create punch lists, submit daily reports on ongoing projects, and familiar with materials needed on job sites to ensure projects are running efficiently.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via applications
Valid driver's license.
Good work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive
GENERAL SKILLED LABOR
General contractor looking for SKILLED/ WELL ROUNDED employees who will provide quality work to join our team. Must have experience with interior/exterior construction and knowledge of all aspects of general contracting. We are looking for an individual with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
To be eligible for consideration to join our team you must have at least two years of experience in one or more of the following categories:
• Carpentry / framing
• Electric
• Flooring
• Installation bathroom / kitchen
• Painting (Interior & Exterior)
• Plumbing
• Roofing
• Siding/ capping
• Tiling / flooring
• Windows
