SPF Services is currently seeking experienced property preservation specialist throughout the following counties Laurens, Spartanburg, and Greenville to add to our vendor network. Work available immediately. Typical services include securing, debris removal, ongoing lawn maintenance, winterizations, ect. Preferred candidates will have working knowledge of HUD regulations. Candidates must display efficient time management skills, quality workmanship, communication, and an ability to manage multiple projects. All work has a specific time frame and it is extremely important that you can complete work orders by the requested date. For consideration, please provide a brief description of your experience, the equipment you have to complete all jobs, as well as any special skills you may have that are beneficial to being a preservation specialist.
