Job Type: Part-time (4 days a week) Pay: $400.00 - $650.00 per week Potential to become Full-Time employment! We are looking for a RESPONSIBLE delivery driver to distribute products promptly to customers. You will represent our company in a professional manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. This position will consist of a 8-10 hour day shift, 4 days a week. Drivers are required to meet daily in Meriden, CT for the day's deliveries and company vehicle. Compensation will range from $100 per day to $170 during our peak season. Hours are not set, therefore the length of each day's shift will be based on the time it takes to complete the day's deliveries. As a result, your shift may end earlier on some days than others. Weekends are required. This position does not offer benefits however, paid training, a company vehicle, and fuel will be provided for deliveries. Responsibilities: *Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes *Follow routes and time schedule *Scan and load packages into company vehicle for deliveries *Abide by road and traffic regulations and safety standards Skills: *Proven work experience as a Delivery Driver preferred but not required *Excellent organizational and time management skills Requirements: *VALID DRIVER'S LICSENCE *SOCIAL SECURITY CARD *GOOD DRIVING RECORD WITH NO RECKLESS DRIVING VIOLATIONS *NO MAJOR MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS WITHIN THE LAST 3 YEARS *NO PRIOR FELONIES *MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG & BACKGROUND TEST
