An introduction to canning for teens!
Falling for Food will introduce teens to home canning methods and fall flavors. Teens will learn how to make popular Fall sauces, spreads and condiments that pair well with seasonal food and Holiday meals. Teens will:
Be the cooks in this classTake home what they makeLearn about spices and flavorsThis class is for teens ages 12-15. A basic understanding of kitchen tools, safety, and food handling is recommended. Proof of COVID vaccination is required to attend class. Masks are mandatory (aside from when tasting/eating).
