We are currently hiring entry level and experienced traffic control flaggers and technicians in our Roanoke, VA Branch. Work with Traffic Control Department at work sites to maintain a safe work zone. By setting up and removing temporary cones, signs, variable message boards and safety barriers. Duties include: * Set-up signs, cones, etc., around works areas to divert traffic * Follow all safety rules and regulations - wear proper PPE * Adhere to all company policies and procedures * Operate a 2-way radio * Work well in a team environment and able to communicate effectively * Reliable transportation - will meet at the yard every morning - will not drive personal vehicle to job locations * Must be able to travel We are looking to hire both experienced and entry level for: Flagger 1 - This is a non-driving position. Flagger 2 - This is a driving position so a valid driver's license with a clean MVR is a must.
