Cheese & Charcuterie Class. Learn how to build your own Cheese a& Charcuterie board...just in time for Thanksgiving. Eat, drink, and enjoy. Join us at The Barn Door for our first Cheese and Charcuterie Class. The evening will be guided by General Manager and cheese enthusiast Stephen Dahlgren. We will start the evening discussing what a charcuterie board is and what are the important components to consider when building and preparing one. We will select together different types of meats, cheese, pairings, and accoutrements and discuss how to place them. Don't worry, we will be tasting everything and discussing each item. We will also have a couple wines to taste and talk about wine pairing as well. Come join us for a gastronomical adventure.
