This is our annual awards banquet and silent auction
Limit is 100 guests (unless restrictions due to COVID) are lifted. Tickets after January 20th will only be available if the 100-guest limit has not been reached.
The Inn at Middleton Place will have rooms available Thursday (Jan. 28th) through Monday (Feb. 1st) for $199 / night plus tax. This block of rooms can be reserved starting December 15th.

Tentative Schedule for Silent Auction, Banquet and Awards Presentation
5:00 to 7:30 pm - Bidding on Silent Auction items
5:30 pm to 9:00n pm - Cash Bar
6:30 to 7:30 pm - Buffet style Dinner. Catering - The Inn at Middleton Place. (More information on the menu will be available before tickets go on sale.)
7:45 pm - Awards Presentation
8:45 pm - Silent Auction Winning Bids announced
9 to 9:30 pm - Payment for Silent Auction items (Acceptable forms of payment are cash, checks (made payable to SCDCTA), credit cards and Paypal. A 3% fee is added for credit cards and Paypal transactions.
