just found this white, brown, and black sweet big boy cat downtown Portland near PSU. Was crying on the street so I pulled him inside as downtown traffic is not safe. I cannot keep him and am posting this here so that hopefully his parent finds him and is reunited ASAP! he is very well fed and likely got out very recently. if this is your cat, please contact me immediately! thank you
