Brews & Brunch is an educational tasting event hosted by Garland Brew Werks and Roast House Coffee. At this event you’ll get to hear from the brewer behind the beers at Garland Brew Werks as well as from the coffee roasting team from Roast House Coffee as they discuss the science and technique behind making beer and coffee and where the two worlds intersect. Through the talk, you will get to taste select beers and cold brewed coffees and several coffee beer blends created that correlate with the discussed topics. And a delicious buffet style brunch prepared by Garland Brew Werks’ chef will also be provided.
