PS UNDERGROUND brings Rouge - A 1920's speakeasy dinner with a PS UNDERGROUND twist. We turning our dining adventure space into ROUGE, a 1920's speakeasy with a contemporary PS UNDERGROUND twist.  It is a unique alternative to the traditional dining experience. What can you expect at ROUGE? We've created an all-encompassing environment designed to heighten your senses. It is part supper club, part sultry cabaret, part speakeasy and part culinary theater. PS UNDERGROUND events have been dubbed "A culinary rave for adults" and a "Feast for all senses". Sit back, relax and expect the unexpected. The uniquely presented four course menu is kept secret and is revealed as the evening progresses. It adds to the mystique. Our chef will be happy to accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions if revealed at the time of seat purchase. We have a drink menu that was specifically created for this event. Beverages are included in the ticket price. Gratuity is not included and is at the client's discretion. We encourage you to dress a bit more flamboyantly than usual.  Boas, bow ties, bowlers, suspenders, sequins or anything that sparkles or blinks will be more than appropriate. We can't wait to see you at this very unique, one of a kind evening. ALL ATTENDEES MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION OR A RECENT NEGATIVE COVID 19 TEST AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
