Description

The ASO course is designed to meet the training needs of the Assistant Safety Officer position in the incident command system. This is a two day class even though you sign up for one day this class is on December 22nd from 1300-1800, and on December 28Th from 0800-1800. Hazardous Materials Assistant Safety Officer (HASO): This course concentrates on safe hazardous materials incident operations critical to response and containment. Students will begin by assessing the incident as a “big picture” and learn to maintain site safety and control. The ASO course is designed to meet the training needs of the Assistant Safety Officer position in the incident command system.
