Description

The Multi-Cultural Center of Sioux Falls (MCC) is seeking community input on the process of seeking its' next Executive Director. Community members are invited to bring their lunch and share their thoughts. Interim Executive Director, Laurie Knutson, will facilitate a conversation that provides a transparent understanding of the recruitment steps and hiring timeline, as well as invites attendees to share feedback and have an open dialogue about what attributes are important in the Multi-Cultural Center’s next leader. This feedback will be utilized by the Search Committee, a group of seven individuals of the community, MCC partnerships, and the board. The recruitment and hiring process for the Executive Director position will begin early 2022.
