The research is funded by the NIH and conducted by UC San Diego after being approved by the UCSD IRB. Participation is voluntary and all are welcome. Each week, all participants who complete the online questionnaire may be entered into a lottery to win a $250 Amazon gift card, and the possibility to retake in 2 weeks for a guaranteed $10 Amazon card.
