Steele Creek Church is partnering with Empowered Living Church, Metro Church of Charlotte, Trinity Worship Center SDA Church, and Mecklenburg County Public Health Department to offer a limited number of COVID-19 vaccinations on Wednesdays, November 17 from 4-7pm at 5735 Dixie River Road, Charlotte, NC 28278.
Health department medical staff will administer the vaccine. Vaccination appointments are reserved by clicking the link below. If you have questions please call the public health hotline at (980) 314-9400.
Children 5-11: The CDC recommends the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for children 5-11 years of age. Mecklenburg County Public Health strongly recommends getting your children vaccinated as soon as possible. The vaccine will be administered to children 5-11 years old as a two-dose primary series, 3 weeks apart, in a lower dose than that used for people 12 years of age and older. Beginning November 4, most providers will have doses for children 5-11 years of age. Visit our vaccine page to check provider availability and to make an appointment.
Vaccine Boosters: The CDC recommends Moderna vaccine boosters for individuals who meet specific eligibility criteria and Johnson & Johnson vaccine boosters for adults 18+. Mecklenburg County Public Health provides booster doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech, Johnson & Johnson, and Moderna (at select locations) vaccines. Visit our vaccine page for locations and appointment information.
We are four churches coming together to provide services to our community.
