There is only 1 way to address educational concerns in along SC's I-95 corridor: in partnership! Let's design together the solutions! The Corridor of Opportunity, formerly known as the SC Corridor of Shame, has been a topic that has concerned SC educators for decades. With the SC Opportunity Zones established, the South Carolina Public Charter School District is seeking an innovative approach to addressing some of the education related issues along the I-95 corridor. However, it is our belief that this work is best handled in partnerships with communities. We believe that the forging of a partnership with you through the listening tour is an excellent way to begin making an even bigger difference together for South Carolina's children. We want to learn and design with you!
