Now Hiring Apartment Maintenance and Grounds Tech for an under 50 unit apartment community in Quincy, CA. Hours are Monday thru Thursday from 830-430. Must be comfortable with general apartment maintenance including basic drywall, appliance installation and troubleshooting, basic electrical, painting and be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
