Description

A sacred gathering for women to come together under the new moon for rest, introspection and connection Circles are sacred. They symbolize wholeness. Inclusivity. Oneness & Connection. Completion. The nature of the universe. Cycles. Self realization. Timelessness. New moons are also sacred. The is when the sky is dark: a blank canvas. This is the time for rest. Turning inward. Shedding and releasing. Join me for this sacred sister circle: a gathering of women to come together under the new moon for rest, introspection and connection. A timeless ritual dating back thousands of years. A gathering where you can feel seen and supported. A space where you can share and feel less alone. A space where we aren’t performing or doing anything for accolades or worthiness. A space where we can relax in our divine feminine energy and understand that being is sovereign and always more than enough. This sacred communion will include gentle movement, breath work, meditation, journaling, intention setting, sharing and potent discussions centered around honoring our divine feminine energy, the natural cycles of women and the moon and how to harness the power of both. For this experience, please bring a yoga mat, pillow/blanket, journal and pen. Comfortable attire that you can move in is also recommended. *This gathering will be held at Haven Yoga (2011 Bolton Rd NW Suite #203, Atlanta, GA 30318) *Directions to the Studio (Elevator or Stairs) Stairs- guests can take the exterior staircase (by Bellwood) and enter the building through the glass doors at the end of the breezeway.
