It made comprehensive revisions of laws regarding wills, trusts, and estates. It expands and clarifies the court's jurisdiction and addresses many areas affecting the administration and probate of estates. Come join Gwinnett County Probate Court Judge Christopher Ballar as he explains these changes and what they mean for the court, the standard forms, and even for your own wills. No previous probate court experience needed. The Gwinnett Pro Bono Project is dedicated to expanding access to justice for low income residents.
