Winter Hockey Skills and Strength Camp (6U-8U) Elite Hockey Facility and Mercy Sports Performance are excited to offer six, 75-minute skill and strength sessions over Christmas Break. Each session will be 16 participants or less, consisting of the following skills: Passing Shooting Quick decision makingWorking on skills with our heads up CompetitionsAnd our strength & conditioning portion will be focused on: Speed and accelerationRotational powerSingle-leg stability Coordination Kinetic LinkingEach player will receive proper instruction in both the skills center and the performance facility, we'll discuss the "why" when we do certain drills and they'll receive productive critiques while working. Each session will begin with 15 minutes of movement prep and mobility work then we'll split the group in half. The first group will spend 30 minutes on skills and the second group on strength; After 30 minutes the groups will flip-flop. ***CAMP DATES: December: Monday 12/21, Wednesday 12/23, Saturday12/26, Monday 12/28, Wednesday 12/30 and January: Saturday 01/02.*** Early Bird Tickets for $99 on sale through December 6th!! *** We look forward to spending our holiday season with you and helping to improve your game!
