In this presentation, we provide an overview of the school model, curriculum, programs, and enrollment process. NORTHWEST CLASSICAL ACADEMY is a public charter school located in Kennesaw. NCA will offer grades K - 8 for the 2022-23 school year and add a grade every year as students advance to reach a full to K-12 model. All Georgia residents are eligible to enroll in the lottery. The highest approach is to train the minds and strengthen the hearts of our children, and to imbue them with the knowledge and virtue necessary for building happy lives full of meaning and purpose. We do this through a rigorous, American classical curriculum in a small-school environment where every student is known. The mission of Northwest Classical Academy is to develop students in mind and character through a classical, content-rich curriculum that emphasizes the principles of virtuous living, traditional learning, and civic responsibility. NORTHWEST CLASSICAL ACADEMY is a statewide, public charter school located in Kennesaw, GA and serving students from across Georgia. Our mission is to train the minds and strengthen the hearts of students through a classical, content-rich curriculum that emphasizes virtuous living, traditional learning, and civic responsibility. Our teachers are kind-hearted, subject matter experts who deliver a rigorous, American classical curriculum to students inspired to be polite and attentive, in an environment that is peaceful, orderly, and enthusiastic. NCA opened its doors to students in grades K-6 in August 2021 in Kennesaw, Georgia. The school will grow to K-8 in the 2022-2023 school year and will add a grade each subsequent year until it reaches its full K-12 configuration. - - - - - - - NCA is a production of Northside Education Inc., the founders and operators of Atlanta Classical Academy (“ACA”). ACA opened in north Atlanta in 2014; its first two graduating classes have earned over $8.3M in merit-based college scholarships, and it maintains a waitlist that exceeds 1,200 students.
